教練的訓練行爲顯著地影響選手的競賽表現，本文聚集於系統觀察法的文獻回歸，以歸納有效訓練行爲的內容與模式。本文的內容包括：一、掌握影響選手錶現之變數間的關系、訓練行爲的質是效能的關鍵、考量選手所處立場與地位等，都是有效訓練行爲的評估關鍵。二、教練對於活動時間的積極使用，以及經常使用指導與回饋（讚美與責備）行爲，是有效訓練行爲的內容形態。三、專家教練具有關鍵性的思考，而有效訓練行爲具有訓練情境的差異性。本文最後建議未來研究能以系統觀察、問卷調查以及訪談等多元方式進行，儘量使用同一種觀察工具與綠錄方式，進行不同情境之訓練行爲分析。
