體育教學的動作示範位置類型

在體育教學過程之初，講解說明及動作示範是相當重要的階段，透過動作示範可以提示動作的要點，彌補講解說明的不足，又可發揮誘導的作用，引起學習者模仿學習的動機，對於肢體協調度需求性高的體育教學尤其重要。示範者與學習者雙方之相對位置，直接關係學習者視覺觀察情形，連帶影響其動作表現與學習。體育教學進行時，學習者能否清楚的看到教學者的動作示範，對動作模仿效果影響甚鉅。本文透過對模仿學習的相關文獻探討，旨在釐清示範者與學習者之關係，最後提出體育教學時可資採行的動作示範位置類型。
