知覺預期能力與知覺訓練對運動員技能表現影響之探討

本文從運動拉制和訊息處理模式的理論觀點與相關實徵研究，探討知覺預期能力在快速不連續性運動上的重要性。經文獻整理發現：在羽球、網球、足球和棒壘球..等運動上，技能水準高的選手知覺預期能力優於一般選手或生手，另外不同技能水準、運動經驗和年齡的運動員，經過知覺訓練後的知覺預期能力能獲得提升。
