標槍投擲之最佳出手條件探討

本文以運動生物力學的觀點，探討標槍出手時關鍵動作之相關運動學參數。結果發現：標槍實際投擲距離與出手速度具有極高的相關性，選手如何以最快速度出手，甚為重要。其次，標槍投擲時應加強出手角度與標槍角度控制的精確性與穩定性。飛行攻角有趨向0°的現象，且攻角的大小對於成績的影響會依據風速、風向的不同而有所改變。最後，可藉由正確的投擲姿勢及選才方面來提升投擲的出手高度，以增加投擲距離。
