從抓握動作的發展探討嬰幼兒應用視覺與控觸覺的能力

傳統研究方法對於嬰幼兒手部動作模式產生的順序及其原因，僅能以描述性的方式說明，近年來隨著實驗性研究方法的發展，使研究運動發展的學者有能力探討影響新運動型態產生的因素。本文以嬰幼兒運動發展的理論為基礎，選擇抓握動作為特定項目，以實證性文獻為範圍，探討嬰幼兒在抓握動作中應用視覺及控觸覺的情形。探討結果可窺知嬰幼兒先以視覺訊息引起抓握動作，但在發展適當肌力及關節穩定性前，僅能粗糙的移動手臂，但無法完成抓握的動作。當肌力浙漸發展，可以利用觸覺及本體感覺器產生控觸覺後，嬰幼兒可以結合控觸覺及視覺修正抓握的動作。再隨著知覺及運動的發展增加經驗的累積，嬰幼兒在一歲前逐漸可以整合控觸覺的經驗於視覺訊息中，完成更順暢、適當的抓握動作。
