運動領導理論的發展及可行的研究方向

本文簡要地回顧組織領導的理論，並反觀運動領導理論，進而指出運動領導理論的可能發展方向。本文指出可行的研究方向有四，分別為：從互動的歷程看教練領導行為、以質化研究方法進行個案研究、轉型領導與運動組織及團隊、以及華人領導的特色。由於運動領導具有學術研究與實務應用的價值，因而促進理論與實務的交流與對話，是吾人努力的方向。
