成就目標理論需要革新嗎？從四向度成就目標理論到多重目標觀點

近來，傳統的二向度成就目標理論受到嚴厲的挑戰，理由是過去雖然發現精熟目標具有正向的效應；但對於表現目標一定是不好的、非適應性的觀點卻受到質疑，以致於形成理論與實務上的落差。因此，本文以探究成就目標理論的革新作為論述主軸，說明修正後的四向度成就目標以及多重目標觀點，或許可以解釋上述關於表現目標效果的爭議，並提供更強韌的解答途徑。同時，筆者也期望本文能替國內長期沿用二向度成就目標的現象，提供一個新的刺激與視野的開拓。
