近年來競技啦啦隊逐漸普及，蔚爲風潮，但從心理學的角度探討競技啦啦隊的訓練與比賽的討論甚少，因此，本研究將從集體效能的角度出發，探討集體效能與競技啦啦隊的關係。整體而言，從集體效能的訊息來源，是提升競技啦啦隊的訓練品質與比賽表現的可行方向，本文以此爲途徑，提供教練與指導者在帶隊與訓練提升集體效能的可行策略。
