國小學童下課時間身體活動及其促進方法

中文摘要

學校爲學童身體活動的重要推動機構,學童在校參與身體活動以體育課和下課時間為主,而下課時間比體育課提供學童更多從事身體活動的時間與機會,本文針對國內外下課時間身體活動相關研究做一探討,發現與建議如下:一、兒童下課身體活動類型與體育課程相似,體育課程應著重於可在下課時間練習的中度身體活動類型,並提高活動內容的趣味性與刺激性;二、每天上、下午應各安排一節較長的下課時間(約20分鐘),可提高學童下課參與身體活動的意願;三、學校應經常舉辦受學童喜愛的活動或競賽,教師並在下課前鼓勵學生到戶外練習此項活動技巧,且對認真參與的學童給予表揚;四、學校應在高樓層或科任教室附近增設室內活動空間,以增加學童參與身體活動機會。
