流暢經驗是一種神奇的情境,伴隨著自信心增強、意識力提升、注意力集中、不費力的動作,以及擺脫外在無謂思緒與焦慮的一種經驗。在理想的運動表現當中,時有流暢經驗的產生,而理想的運動表現就是運動員有效分配大腦資源於特殊情境的生理適應狀態。相較於傳統之回溯性自陳量表的心理測驗及行爲測量方式,腦波具有直接偵測腦部活動及高時間解析度之特性,對於探究隨時變動的心理歷程更有其優勢。本文即爲探討腦波和運動流暢經驗關係的初步研究。
