動作模仿是有效獲得動作技能的方式之一,爲讓兒童有適應工作能力及產生動作持久性的改變,模仿中的自我調整是重要的影響要素。自我調整在兒童學習動作技能時,因發展程度與個別差異的不同,其模仿的歷程與結果皆會有所差異,因此,兒童在不同發展階段及個別差異下獲得動作技能的內在歷程,是值得被探討的議題。本文根據過去觀察學習的文獻,探討動作模仿中自我調整的文獻發現在發展效應、動作技能水準以及自我調整訓練是兒童獲得動作技能的影響要素,最後,提出教學策略提供動作教育者在體育教學時之應用。
