運動傷害復健持續參與的影響因素及促進策略

運動傷害不僅需要龐大的醫療花費，也影響到運動員的健康、訓練及比賽，甚至可能使得運動生涯提早結束，運動傷害也是影響一般人是否持續參與或中斷運動計畫的重要因素。要使運動傷害對運動員及一般運動參與者的影響降到最低，除了要有完善的傷害復健計畫外，持續所開立的復健處方極爲重要。然而，持續參與傷害復健的比率卻不高，約有一半的中斷率，因此，本文就影響運動傷害復健持續的因素提出說明，並就如何持續復健計畫提出建議，希望對運動傷害防護員或物理治療師等第一線處理傷害復健相關的專業人員有所幫助。
