本文旨在探討學校體育行政組織權力意涵、權力策略與政治遊戲、權力關係與權力變化，據以提供有效管理策略。權力盤桓於組織成員互動中，可使組織成員做出平常不會做的事，也可使組織成員放棄原先所欲之行動；然面對新的權力，爲抵抗獨斷獨行的措施，新的抗衡權力自是因應而生，因此，組織權力有效管理益形重要。而探索權力本質，瞭解權力意義；開發個人職務和部門權力來源，強化權力基礎；探究權力關係，促使權力運用具正當性；權衡權力策略，促使權力使用具合理性；瞭解政治學系統與政治遊戲，並有效限制；形塑組織文化，開發另種權威來源，當具強化權力基礎，有助於提升學校體育行政組織權力運用效益。
