意象訓練的原則、生理機制及運用在運動學習、增進表現以及復健醫療上的效果研究已有相當多的研究。本文整理意象訓練運用在復健醫學相關文獻,將意象的種類、臨床運用、如何評量、實證證據、影響因素、以及導入復健治療步驟等,提出個人的臨床經驗供參考與討論。
