本文目的在於介紹訓練衝量(training impulse, TRIMP)不同的計算公式以及探討其在不同類型運動之應用。根據Banister等的原創理念,TRIMP的計算方式是以訓練持續時間(training duration)與訓練強度(training intensity)兩者之乘積加權後獲得,藉此反映運動期間整體運動量。一般而言,TRIMP的計算公式主要可分爲:一、基礎訓練衝量法(Basic TRIMP method);二、區段訓練衝量法(TRIMP training zone method);三、RPE訓練衝量法(Session RPE method)等三大類。前兩者通常應用於耐力性運動上,例如自行車與長跑,而後者則應用於間歇性運動,例如足球。除了非侵體性與便利性的優點之外,TRIMP可量化與鑑別不同環境或比賽項目的比賽量或訓練量。因此,運動員、教練以及運動從業人員可依需求選擇適用的TRIMP計算公式,以有效地監控與安排訓練計畫。
