運動動機氣候影響個體參與身體活動之動機、認知、情緒及其後續行爲。本文整理動機氣候相關文獻，冀對動機氣候的研究與未來發展作一概略描述，全文共分爲三部分，第一部份：介紹運動動機氣候的概念、測量工具及相關的研究結果；第二部份：探討動機氣候可能藉由自主性及能力知覺作爲影響動機、情緒與成就行爲的可能機轉；第三部份：介紹提升自主支持的指導行爲及能力知覺的相關策略。最後，根據文獻對未來的研究做出具體建議。
