意象在心理技能訓練中受到極大的重視,其在運動表現的效益與訓練效果已受到許多研究的支持;然而相對於意象的效益,研究對運動意象的機轉尚不明確。近年來大腦神經電生理與影像儀器的進展,意象的功能性等同假說已逐漸受到重視,然受到跨領域背景知識的相異與動作作業的不同,運動情境中的運動意象探究與理解尚屬初步。因此本文的主要目的即是介紹意象功能性等同的假說、提供相關背景知識及回顧運動意象的相關研究,期望提供後續研究者對運動意象機轉在日後的參考方向。
