從Mosston體育教學光譜理論探討運動教育模式

課程與教學是教育的主要內容。課程需教學來實施,而教學時亦可用不同的教學形式來實施課程。本文以具結構性理論架構的Mosston體育教學光譜為理論基礎,探討體育課程模式中最廣為人知的運動教育模式課程。以其特徵:運動季、運動團隊、正式比賽、決賽項目、記錄保存、慶祝活動以及教師即教練為主體,探析其在教學光譜理論的分佈情形。歸納出運動教育模式涵蓋了命令式、練習式、互惠式、自測式、包含式、導引式、集中式、擴散式、設計式,以及創造式等10種教學形式。
