運動團隊教練領導模式之探討－以分散式領導為例

在全球化及民主化的世界潮流影響之下，國人對於自我概念以及獨立自主意識抬頭，使得團隊運作必須有所變革，以往對於領導多集中在英雄式的行為探究，現今對於領導實際作為則集中在「後英雄主義」領導方式，傳統威權式領導行為模式不符合時代潮流，更受到矚目的是權力下放以及增權賦能，更有效帶領運動團隊運作，提升團隊效能與績效，近年受到關注的是分散式領導模式，且廣泛運用於學校與相關組織中。因此，本文初步探討分散式領導之定義與意涵，析論分散式領導之權力分散、團隊運作與共同責任之特徵如何運用於運動團隊之中，以供教練未來實踐領導行為之參考。
