全身振動訓練對神經損傷個體之效益

全身振動訓練是一種新式的訓練模式,此訓練個體僅需以不同姿勢站立於震動平臺上,無需具備專項運動能力,且能有效降低運動時滑倒與跌倒風險,因此相當適合體能不佳或不宜參與激烈運動的神經損傷患者。本文蒐集新近全身振動訓練與神經損傷(如帕金森氏症、多發性硬化、腦性麻痺、脊髓損傷與中風)相關之研究,並探討此訓練效益之學理機轉,結果顯示每週3次、每次約10分種的低振幅(2~5mm)高頻率(25~50Hz)或低頻率(2~6Hz)之全身振動訓練,可有效增進神經損傷患者之下肢肌力、本體感覺功能與身體姿勢穩定控制,其機轉應與訓練後改善的神經肌肉調適與大腦皮質功能有關,而肌肉質量與活化收縮的增加,證實全身振動訓練對神經損傷患者兼具周邊與中樞神經系統之雙向效益。
