體操運動教學介入訓練對發展協調障礙學童的影響

現今臺灣的學童中，有一部分在肢體動作上有缺損，但從醫學神經生理及染色體結構檢查中均無法檢測出原因，此稱之為「發展協調障礙」（developmental coordination disorder, DCD）。針對發展協調障礙的發生比率隨著年齡的增長有越來越高的趨勢，代表學童對自我身體的控制能力並未得到全方位的發展。體操是練習人體身體控制與協調能力相當好的運動，而穩定性動作技能的學習過程在人類的肢體基礎動作中亦相當重要。本文藉由體操動作中以視覺系統輸入的動作知覺訓練，配合刺激前庭系統的翻滾動作及平衡訓練，並以體操遊戲的方式配合發展協調障礙的介入策略，以簡單、有趣、好玩、正向回饋的方式來學習，希望能提供發展協調障礙學童另一種的運動訓練來加強動作技能的學習，進而改善身體的協調能力。
