本文主要目的在從心理性別刻板印象(gender stereotype)瞭解女性運動教練位處運動場域的失衡結構中，所承受的角色、衝突與反省，先藉由對運動領導者的處境脈絡，包括心理刻板印象，在運動大環境的影響，再從組織中領導者與被領導關係，進一步論述女性領導者所面臨的情境，最後藉由女性在運動場域中失衡的現象，理解心理性別刻版的結構及觀點，並提出對目前臺灣從制度及組織上平衡運動教練性別差異的建議。
