指導還是性騷擾？談運動情境中的性騷擾

近年來，工作及學業環境中的性騷擾受到相當多的關注，然而在運動情境下的研究仍較爲缺乏。本文回顧相關文獻後，發現目前性騷擾的相關研究及理論模式大多是以性別和權力的不平等關係做爲出發，運動情境亦然，但未來研究必須進一步呈現本土受害者的經驗並發展本土化的模式。此外，除了性騷擾的發生率，性騷擾行爲的嚴重程度及所帶來的影響也是值得後續研究關心的議題，且由於近年來逐漸傾向以「被騷擾者的主觀知覺」做爲判定性騷擾行爲之標準，因此運動情境的特殊性是否對於受騷擾者的主觀知覺會有所影響，以及國內運動員究竟是如何對性騷擾行爲做出反應以及後續影響，都仍有待研究進一步釐清。
