女性運動員三合症的預防與處置策略

女性運動員三合症主要臨床異狀爲飲食失序、閉經症及骨質疏鬆,運動員同時罹患3種症狀的比例並不高,範圍在0.9~4%,但具其中一項以上症狀的盛行率因調查方法與對象之不同而有懸殊之結果,文獻顯示女性運動員飲食失序、月經異常及骨密度異常率分別爲0.5~87%、6~79%及0~19%。而三症之間具牽動性關聯,因此,必須執行定期篩檢、早期教育與診斷等措施方能有效防護。目前認爲長期低能量攝取是主要導因,建議運動員定期測量體重及身體組成,避免使用病態減肥法,必要時諮詢營養師,並定期使用飲食態度測驗等工具性問卷篩檢飲食態度,一旦發現異狀應請醫師協助;而運動訓練導致月經異常的個體差異很大,建議製作個人月經週期紀錄表,並依生理反應安排合理的訓練計畫。
