前十字韌帶斷裂是運動員常見的傷害之一。韌帶中包含許多神經受器,具有提供反射,進而穩定膝關節的功能。韌帶斷裂後,造成周邊神經反射消失並潛在地影響股四頭肌的張力,逐漸形成萎縮。本文將逐步介紹前十字韌帶的解剖構造與反射機制,並探討前十字韌帶斷裂後周邊神經系統的改變機制。
