顧客體驗爲休閒服務產業中之主要核心產品,但隨著時間的變化,顧客的體驗很容易因體驗刺激的適應或減少而降低對休閒服務之滿意水準,因此,休閒服務業者須持續提供新的服務產品來滿足顧客。但在這作爲之下,間接的使顧客體驗愈來愈豐富而形成爲一個螺旋式的體驗模型。但是礙於目前國內外相關理論對該現象並未有足夠的探討與實證來解釋該現象,因此,本文特針對該現象進行概念性的探討與後續研究建議。
