探討運動治理觀點在運動行政管理的研究應用

近年來，治理的理論概念為政治研究、公共政策與國際關係等研究領域廣泛探討與使用。例如，新近全球化結構治理概念的探析、從政府管理到治理及企業治理的管理思維轉變等，在政治學以外領域顯示其適用性與解釋力。在運動學術方面，吾人亦可發現治理概念的延伸應用，相關研究常以探討全球化情境下，體育運動組織的結構管理運作，議題涵蓋面向從國際層級組織至地方性團體間各方勢力的對話、對抗與協調等。由於治理研究探討層面多能和社會實務互相結合，理論與實際能夠彼此驗證對應，基於此，本研究綜合整理主要運動治理文獻，闡述運動治理的概念與意涵，介紹其在運動實務研究的應用，希冀提供運動人文科學研究學者另一種學術選項。
