扁平足是人類一種常見的足部變形,在體育界是一個重要的課題。某些具有扁平足的運動員會抱怨足部疼痛,影響運動功能表現,但是亦有許多優秀的運動員也有扁平足,卻沒有產生不適且能夠創造佳績。本文將探討:一、足弓的正常發展。二、扁平足的測量與判定方法。三、扁平足的形成原因。四、扁平足的併發症及治療。希冀能幫助運動員了解扁平足因而促進足部的健康。
