落實運動員生涯輔導策略之探討

生涯輔導能培養運動員正確的生涯發展態度，協助其自我反省，建構信念與深化人格特質，適當的生涯輔導更可協助其統整能力、價值觀，進而確認生涯目標，妥善規劃生涯發展路徑。臺灣雖已針對運動員規劃諸多生涯輔導機制，然多偏重於升學輔導與獎勵金模式，欠缺系統化的配套措施，致使績效未如預期。本文旨在探討臺灣運動員生涯輔導現況，並參考國外運動員生涯輔導計畫，歸納出落實運動員生涯輔導之可行策略，作為政府建置系統化運動員生涯輔導制度之參考。

Athletes in addition to the development of athletic ability, self-recognition, sporting achievements and retirement planning, will be crucial to the success of career transition. Career counseling is an important factor to develop athletes' career development attitude, assist them in self-reflection, construction of the faith and deepen the personality traits. Appropriate career counseling help athletes to integrate skills, values, and confirm their career goals. The government has established athletes' career counseling mechanism, however, more emphasis on study guidance and reward, lack of systematic supporting measures, resulting in achievement was unexpected. The purpose of this study was to investigate Taiwan athletes' career counseling, and generalized the reference of athletes' career counseling. Finally, this article provides several suggestions to improve the athletes career counseling mechanism for Taiwan government that will increase more help about athletes' career development.
