飛鏢投擲運動是一項室內的休閒運動，不需要專門的場地空間，而且設施簡易，運動量適宜，不受年齡、性別和氣候的限制。飛鏢投擲運動不僅可以舒展筋骨，更可增強注意力及身體協調能力。本文藉由近年來研究成果的文獻回顧，探討飛鏢投擲運動的相關知識，結果顯示飛鏢投擲運動擁有許多影響投擲結果的可能因素，包括投擲力量、投擲環境限制（視覺限制、投擲距離與角度限制）、注意力及心智回饋等。亦即，動作流程、投擲力量及投擲角度的控制，才是準確及穩定投擲飛鏢的關鍵。除此之外，尚有哪些影響目標準確及目標穩定呈現的潛在因素，值得進一步分析。

Dart throwing is a recreational and healthy in-door exercise without the needs of special facilities, nor restricted in age, gender, or the climate. Dart throwing not only can help stretch limbs but also enhance concentration and body coordination. In this literature review, we explore the related knowledge and recent research findings of the dart throwing. It reveals that though dart throwing seems to be a simple and recreational exercise, the performance might be influenced by many factors, such as strength of throwing, restriction of environments (ex. visual restriction, throwing distance and angle restriction), concentration and mental feedback. Besides, the potential factors influencing dart throwing performance will be discussed in the end of the paper.
