增進運動表現一直是運動心理學者所關切的重要議題之一，許多研究者以穩定運動員賽前的心理與情緒狀態為前提，發展出許多運動心理技能訓練並且驗證其效應。然而，在運動領域的快速節奏下，幫助選手控制與穩定心生理狀態在適當的程度可能更有助於運動表現。近年來，運動員的靜眼時刻逐漸受到重視，過去研究亦證實靜眼時間長短，對注意力以及運動表現有所影響，本文以網球接發球為例，從運動員的靜眼之相關學理與研究發現，探討靜眼對運動表現的效益，並提出可能的訓練模式。

Improving sport performance is one of the important issues for sport psychologist. A variety of psychological skill training program are developed based on the assumption of stabilizing athlete's psychological and emotional states. However, controlling individual psycho-physiological attributes in optimal state might have further benefits for athletes. Recently, the concept: Quiet eye has raised more and more attention, and has been demonstrated its positive effect on attention and sport performance. In the present article, the theories and research results of quiet eye, as well as the positive influence of quiet eye on sport performance were discussed, furthermore, a possible quiet eye training program for receiving service in tennis was also proposed.
