近年來穿戴式裝置逐漸成為生活中的新潮流,尤其在健身運動領域呈現蓬勃發展。為此,本文介紹穿戴式裝置之定義與應用,分析相關文獻,並深入探究穿戴式裝置在運動訓練上的助益,而俱備全球定位系統 (Global Positioning System,簡稱GPS)功能之智慧型手錶在運動訓練上,得以提供每次運動的相關資訊,如時間、距離、速度、心跳率、軌跡紀錄,最大攝氧量、步數量測與能量消耗等功能,以客觀之運動科學數據作為運動訓練之重要參考與推廣大眾健康之實質效益資訊,期盼未來更多相關的研究使運動訓練與科技在學術研究領域與產業應用上有更多元的發展。

英文摘要

The wearable device is gaining popularity in our everyday lives. One primary application of these devices is for health and fitness area; Hence, this paper addresses the wearable device’s definitions and applications from related studies and specifically, investigate the benefits of the wearable devices to exercise and sports training. The GPS watch, which could track an individual’s information of time, distance, speed, heart rate, route, maximal oxygen consumption, the number of steps and energy expenditure is indeed significant objective evidence for sports training professionals and health promotion for the public. We hope that this paper could invite more research in the field of sports training and technology, and a variety of applications in the industries.
