如何使我們的肌肉更健康?遠紅外線照射是一種值得考慮的方式。遠紅外線是一種歸類於非可見光區段且是非游離輻射的電磁波,其容易被人體吸收且對人體有諸多效益。許多研究已發現,透過遠紅外線的介入方式,可以有效地達到促進血液循環、紓解疼痛、減緩肌肉疲勞以及減少肌肉損傷的效益。有鑑於現今的研究發現,本文重點聚焦於運用遠紅外線在促進肌肉健康方面之未來發展的可能性,並建議遠紅外線介入的時間應小於40 分鐘。

英文摘要

How can you make your muscle healthier? Far-infrared ray (FIR) is a way that you might want to consider. FIR is an invisible, non-ionizing radiation of electromagnetic waves, and FIR also has many beneficial effects for the human being because of the absorption by body easy. There are many research results can approve that FIR can promote the blood circulation, ease the pain, and reduce the muscle fatigue and damage. According to the research, the present article primarily is focused on the potential applications of FIR in muscle health enhancements, and the recommended time of using FIR, which is less than forty minutes.
