As technology improves every day, social environment has been changed and greatly developed. Organizations to seek sustainable development. Innovation is the most concerning topics nowadays. For school organization, To cultivate better physical fitness of civil, physical education in schools will be a basic and necessary fundamental. Faced with the challenges of environmental change, schools at all levels should take the initiative to cater by enhancing the service quality through innovative management, which is adapting to fiercely market competition. Although innovation management can improve the effectiveness of the operation of the school, but to reach the goal of sustainable development, should set the standard for business strategy to review the outcome of the judgment whether the improved performance have reached outstanding. By exploring strategic development and prudent standard reviews, here are some directions for better operation in the future. 1. The application of outer resources. 2. The importance of supreme leading and 3. The combination between theory and practical experience. Under all circumstances, the school institution will be achieving sustainable development with extraordinary performance and elaboration strategies.
