全世界在運動傷害上花費了為數可觀的成本,其中在下肢的運動傷害亦佔了很大的比例,尤其是前十字韌帶處,此傷害通常發生在著地動作中,由於此時的運動速度快速減低,或運動方向出現改變,而透過運動生物力學的研究,可以對此傷害發生的原理機制與風險有一了解,有助於各種預防措施的構思。歷年來相關研究眾多,並發展出不同的理論,本文將針對「腿部主導理論」中的雙側不對稱性觀點進行介紹與文獻彙整,此觀點主要應用於雙腳著地動作的研究,期可提供此議題之研究領域參考。

英文摘要

A considerable amount of money has been spent on sports injuries around the world, mostly on the anterior cruciate ligament. Injury usually occurs when one changes speed or direction drastically during landing movement. The study on sports biomechanics provides insights into mechanism and risks of the injury, and thus enables scholars to devise methods of taking various precautions. A lot of previous researchers have developed many divergent theoretical perspectives. However, this present article is about to introduce side-to-side asymmetries of "leg dominance theory", which applies to the theory of two-legged landing movement. Hopefully, this study can provide for further investigations.
