Whether it is the stage of motor learning or the performance of skills, human depends on the vision for great deal of information. However, these subjective sensory experiences often have some degree of difference with the external physical world, that is called illusion. Through research, it is confirmed that the design of the operating environment can make people produce illusion, and the current visual experience will cause the learner's psychological factor: self-efficacy difference. Learners have better performance in acquisition phase, and retention test due to enhanced self-efficacy. This study mainly discusses the influence of visual illusion on motor skill performance and learning from the literature review. The results found that visual illusions can be used to promote individual self-efficacy and improve the benefits of motor performance and learning.
