羽球是一項速度快及方向性變化大的運動,由於羽球運動的特殊性衍生出許多專項的移動方式『步伐』,步伐能力成為羽球選手專項表現評估的指標之一。步伐是模擬選手在球場移動的模式,也是羽球鞋人體測試的動作設定依據,藉由選手穿著球鞋執行步伐動作評估羽球鞋減震能力、穿著舒適性及運動表現狀態,此外也是選手下肢運動傷害風險的評估動作。本文以論述性方式呈現羽球步伐應用與運科發展,將分為三部分:一、羽球步伐與專項運動表現,二、羽球鞋設計與步伐之相關性,三、羽球選手下肢運動傷害風險評估。文獻分析結果發現,羽球步伐移動表現會受到認知決策及改變方向速度影響,選手除針對移動速度進行加強外,認知決策亦是重要的關鍵因素,選手在不同步伐訓練情境下可能會產生不同的動作策略,如何透過模擬與比賽相似的情境進行步伐能力、球鞋人體測試及傷害風險的評估,或利用穿戴式科技進行運動傷害風險評估,以更貼近實際狀況增加研究結果對羽球步伐評估的價值。

英文摘要

There was a lot of special footwork used in badminton. Also, the elements of badminton movements contain variety high-speed changes of directions. Therefore, footwork is not only the mode that imitates players' movements on the court, but the target evaluating the performance of players. In addition, the test of the badminton shoes is also basis on the footwear. According to the movements the players make when wearing the badminton shoes, we can evaluate whether the shoes are benefit to the players' performance, and the shock absorption is better or not. Besides, the footwork is also the movement to evaluate the risk of the lower extremity injuries. The researcher discusses the application of the badminton footwork and its development in three aspects: 1. The performance when using the badminton footwork. 2. The relation between the design of badminton shoes and the performance when wearing it. 3. The evaluation of the risk of players' lower extremity injuries. The analysis of the study shows that the performance of the badminton footwork would be affected by perceptual decision making and the speed of changing directions. In addition to the strengthen of footwork, the perceptual decision making is also an important factor. The players' footwork is various according to the different training conditions. Therefore, the suggestion for the coach is that taking random moving position as the evaluation when making the study of the footwork, the test of the badminton shoes and injury risk.
