火災一向是重大的災害,而在祝融肆虐後的災區,火場重建向來是一門極為重要的工作,因此運用當今電腦強大的運算能力來模擬在各種情境下火災所能造成的損害及釋放出的能量大小,進一步去做有效的預防計畫之規劃已行之有年。然而對於製作一套實際情境的模擬器,來模擬火場之真實情境,則國內尚無類似產品。因此在本研究中,主要的工作就是建立一套火災燃燒室的模擬器,進行實際火場的模擬測試,並希望此一火災模擬器能具有商品化潛力,除了提供火災救災人員訓練之用外,亦能提供火場情境數據予學術界研究之用。 本研究已完成國內首部火災模擬器的研發製作,主要有火災模擬器之硬體結構設計與製作,包括本體機構、輔助輪、感測器安裝點、及瓦斯車之設計與製作。另外亦完成火災模擬器之安全監控系統製作等重要項目,並藉由火場情境模擬測試證實此項研發產品具有技術移轉與商品化之潛力,對於落實國內防災救災體系設備之研發具有一定程度的助益。 |
英文摘要 |
Fires are always significant disasters, but in the aftermath reconstruction of the disaster is extremely important. In recent years, fire field and temperature analysis by computer simulation for predicting actual conditions in the disaster area have become very popular in the research community. The domestic market, however, still lacks a product for recreating actual conditions through the simulator. In this research, our main work is to establish a fire combustion chamber as a simulator and conduct an actual simulation of the scene of a fire. It can provide not only training scenarios for fire disaster relief personnel but also fire scenario data for research in academic circles. Therefore, the main contribution of this work is to set up the hardware for the structural design and manufacture of a fire simulator, the supervisory system for the fire simulator, and an actual fire situation simulation test. The prototype may have the potential to be developed into commercial products. |
