本研究目的在探討金融保險業從業人員,包括主管及員工健康行為的現況,研究工具係參酌國內外相關文獻及專家意見而編制成結構式問卷。本研究採分層隨機抽樣方法,以企業大小為分層抽取樣本共計抽出38家企業的主管38名,員工樣本1,326名,資料收集採郵寄問卷,有效回收率分別為89.5%主管)及52.8%(員工)。資料分析採敘述統計、變異數分析及以Scheff's test作事後比較。 結果發現:健康行為中,不論主管或員工,均以「運動行為」的執行狀況最差,其次是「操作電腦」及「定期作健康檢查」。在差異分析及Scheff's test事後比較方面,(1)男性主管的電腦操作健康行為較女性佳。(2)年長主管運動習慣、操作電腦健康行為較年輕者佳。(3)男性員工在運動行為、操作電腦及定期作健康檢查健康行為上較女性員工為佳。(4)年長員工運動習慣、操作電腦健康、定期做健康檢查行為較年輕員工佳。(5)年輕員工人際關係較年長員工佳。最後本研究嘗試提出實務工作上的建議。

英文摘要

This study aims to investigate the health behavior in the banking and financial insurance enterprise's supervisors and employees in Taiwan. Mailed survey with a structured questionnaire was used to collect the data. Thirty-eight supervisors and 1,326 employees from 38 companies were selected as the sample with the stratified random sampling technique. The response rate was 89.5% and 55.7% for supervisors and for employees, respectively. Descriptive analysis and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Scheffe's post-hoc test were used to analyze the data. The results showed that for supervisors and employees, the worst health behavior is exercise, followed by computer use behavior and regular check-up. Also, it was found that (1) Male supervisors' computer use behavior was better than female supervisors. (2) Older supervisors performed better in exercise and computer use than their younger counterparts. (3) Male employees performed better in exercise, computer use and regular check-up than female employees. (4) Older employees performed better in exercise, computer use and regular check-up than their younger counterparts. (5) Younger employee's interpersonal relationship was better than their older colleagues. The researchers also proposed recommendations for practice and future studies.
