本研究旨在探討大型輪胎維修人員在有無使用氣動板手輔具和有無使用輪胎搬運輔具,以及不同作業姿勢(站姿及跪姿)對於心搏率、握力下降百分比、主觀施力知覺(RPE)、主觀偏好之輕鬆排序、以及主觀偏好之實用排序的效應。共有八位受試者參與實驗,研究結果顯示維修人員在有使用大型氣動板手輔具從事作業時,其心搏率平均值與握力下降百分比均較無使用輔具者來得低;有無使用輪胎搬運輔具則對於受試者從事大型輪胎搬運作業時,生理成本的降低無顯著效應;不同作業姿勢則以跪姿且使用氣動板手輔具時之作業較佳;主觀偏好之輕鬆排序與實用排序之結果顯示受試者採跪姿且使用氣動板手輔具與輪胎搬運輔具時之作業組合為最佳,然考慮跪姿可能會引起膝關節半月狀軟骨病變,所以建議改採站姿為佳。
