本研究目的係在利用液態被動式採樣器(LPS)針對合成皮工廠中二甲基甲醯胺(DMF)進行暴露評估研究,以探討現行法規中利用矽膠管和活性碳管採樣的方法,進而更能精準評估勞工暴露濃度。同時並探討DMF環境測定。在進行DMF的暴露濃度測定時,於作業現場中以LPS、主動式採樣器(矽膠管、活性碳管)、衝擊瓶、和臂章式採樣器3M 3500等五種採樣方式,同時進行平行採樣並分析,來探討之間的相關性,以評估用LPS採集DMF的可行性。 其結果顯示臂章式採樣器3M 3500最差,其次為活性碳管。高濕度下LPS、矽膠管、活性碳管和衝擊瓶之相關係數皆在0.75以上。但在低濕度下LPS與矽膠管之相關係數0.81,濃度大致相同,而活性碳管與各採樣器之關係皆不佳。衝擊瓶為較佳採樣方法,但具有不便性;LPS具有輕巧、便利、使用簡單、可重複使用及變異性小等優點,雖然高濕度下因擴散關係會受影響。故LPS對於二甲基甲醯胺不失為一種可行方法的採樣方法。
