本研究針對牙醫診療作業場所,進行細菌與真菌生物氣膠特性評估。生物性危害暴露評估項目以空氣與面部防護具上的可培養細菌為主。生物氣膠採樣點包括診療椅周圍、助理作業區、掛號區、及室外,於每一測點以MAS100等生物氣膠採樣器進行採樣。另外,亦針對牙醫師面罩防護具表面進行抹拭採樣。結果發現,診所內各測點之細菌生物氣膠濃度高於室外(p<0.001),作業日高於非作業日(p=0.016)。洗牙、假牙處置、補牙、根管治療及拔牙等五種診療作業期間之細菌生物氣膠濃度並無顯著差異(p=0.487),洗牙中及洗牙後的細菌氣膠濃度較洗牙前高(p=0.033,0.023),其他作業前後則無顯著差異(p=0.063)。診療椅周圍、助理作業區、及掛號區之細菌生物氣膠濃度有差異,但未達統計顯著(p=0.063),當空氣清淨機關閉時,診療椅周圍之細菌生物氣膠濃度會高於助理作業區(p=0.045)。面罩防護具若在診療中歷經多種診療過程而未消毒,其表面細菌數則較單一診療過程高。為維護牙醫診間作業環境品質,可利用空氣清淨機等環境控制設施。為保護牙醫從業人員健康,建議應確實佩戴口罩、防護面罩及手套等個人防護具,且定期有效消毒重覆使用之個人防護具。
