退卻行為是指個體從心理及生理增加自己與組織之間的距離,此情況對組織的整體效能有極大的影響。本研究的目的在於探討職場友誼、幸福感與退卻行為之間的關係。研究資料經由三個階段的蒐集程序,取得186套來自香港全職工作者。研究結果發現,職場友誼對退卻行為有負向影響、職場友誼對幸福感有正向影響、幸福感對退卻行為有負向影響以及幸福感中介職場友誼與退卻行為之間的關係。

英文摘要

Withdrawal behavior is defined as increasing the distance between themselves and the organization of psychological and physiological, this situation has a great impact on the overall effectiveness of the organization. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between workplace friendship, well-being and withdrawal behavior. Data were collected from 186 full-time Hong Kong workers at three time-points. The results found that workplace friendship has a negative effect on withdrawal behavior. Workplace friendship has a positive effect on well-being. Well-being has a negative effect on withdrawal behavior. Moreover, well-being mediates the relationship between workplace friendship and withdrawal behavior.
