本研究探討企業參與社會創新產品採購,對企業從利益關係途徑,連結社會創新產出銷售,如何放大創新能量與企業創造共享價值。企業CSR常被簡化為慈善活動,是大企業要關心的事,跟中小企業無關。理論上,傳統經濟學主張資本主義市場機制解決社會需求,而社會學以社會組織來推動社會福利,本研究以多個案比對法,將企業與社會創新組織互動,採用比較不同企業社會責任實踐異同性,建構及展示新型態企業社會責任。吸引企業在公司治理環節中加入創新創業生態系,把環境、社會、風險和成本併同考量,經由企業社會責任機制,吸引企業在公司治理環節中加入創新創業生態系,企業即是社會創新生態一員,與社會創業組織共創價值,有效推動永續經濟。在實務上,倍增社會影響力具體行動相對資源較有限的社會創業以價值共創,與企業策略聯盟,擴大社會影響力。

英文摘要

How does "Social Impact Platform" share value? This paper uses how Taiwan's social innovation ecology attracts investment from enterprises, and explains how entrepreneurs, enterprises, non -profit organizations, and consumers can drive value co-creation through "Social Innovation Products and Services Procurement", strategic alliances with enterprises, and expand social influence. The present study contributes to bring positive changes that better the society and the environment.
