本研究主要目的針對國際觀光飯店之餐飲部門不同背景的從業人員對業界實施綠色生產力的認知、態度和行為的狀況了解,以問卷調查法進行研究,立意取樣28家國際級觀光飯店進行施測,得有效問卷321份,有效回收率為71.3%。資料以次數分配、平均數、標準差、單因子變異數分析及薛費事後比較、t檢定等方法進行統計分析。研究結果如下:受試樣本評定國際觀光飯店內所屬餐廳內部生產情形未達到「完全符合」綠色生產的程度。受試者對綠色生產力內涵的認知程度尚良好,對施行綠色生產力的態度表示認同,但綠色生產行為未達「經常」程度。不同工作地點的受試樣本對綠色生產認知和綠色生產行為有顯著性差異;不同教育程度的受試樣本在綠色生產認知整體的評定有顯著差異;不同工作職務的受試樣本在綠色生產認知整體的評定達顯著水準;不同餐飲從業年資的受試者在綠色生產態度上的評定有差異;不同年齡的受試者對綠色生產認知、態度行為有顯著性差異;不同性別的受試樣本對綠色生產認知、態度、行為均無差異。 |
英文摘要 |
In this study, we attempted to understand the status in the practices of green production for the restaurants in the international hotels. Also, we evaluated the cognizance, attitude and behavior held by the hospitality personal toward the contents of green productivity (GP). The results of the study are as follows: There are cases that the green production has been practiced by a number of restaurants that affiliate to international level hotels, but not in a stage of complete coverage yet. The recipients' cognizance of the content of GP is considered to be fair and seem to identify to the attitude of practicing GP. However, the behavior of green production has far from being at ”often” level in progress. There are positive correlation shown to those recipients cognizance versus their attitude and behavior. Depending on the work places, the recipients' cognizance versus their behavior toward green production shows significant difference. Difference in gender shows significant level of difference in the attitude to the green production. Difference in education level represents significant difference in the over-all evaluation of cognizance to the green production. Difference in job position shows significant difference in the over-all evaluation of cognizance to the green production. Also, the seniority in the hospitality industry represents significant difference in over-all evaluation of cognizance to the green production. |
