過去有關溫泉觀光與遊客行為間關係的研究努力,較少著重在溫泉遊客的健康生活型態與心理幸福感,據此,本研究的目的為探討溫泉遊客是否具有明確的健康生活型態類型及心理幸福感內涵,且健康生活型態是否會影響心理幸福感。透過便利抽樣於台中大坑溫泉區進行現地問卷調查,分析結果顯示受訪溫泉遊客的心理幸福感構面,包括知足常樂、解壓放鬆、有價值的生活、生活滿意、活躍享樂與自主能力;而遊客的健康生活型態構面則包括飲食習慣、醫療保健以及壓力處理。而以健康生活型態為市場區隔變數的溫泉遊客可合理區分為積極養生族與樂天活力族,且不同健康生活型態的溫泉遊客其心理幸福感顯著不同。上述研究成果建議健康生活型態為一有效的市場區隔工具,且遊客在溫泉觀光渡假區旅遊時會有明確的心理幸福感,未來溫泉觀光業者可針對不同健康生活型態的遊客,設計幸福感體驗的促銷策略來吸引遊客。

英文摘要

Researchers have made efforts on examining the relationship between hot springs tourism and tourist behavior, however, few studies make an attempt to address the issues regarding tourists' healthy lifestyles and psychological well-being. The purposes of this study are to examine empirically whether or not the distinct dimensions of tourists' healthy lifestyles and psychological well-being exist, and to examine the influences of healthy lifestyle on psychological well-being. In this study on-site questionnaire survey is administered to collect data regarding tourists' visitations to Da-Keng hot springs destination. The results indicate that tourists' psychological well-being consist of six distinct dimensions labeled with self-pleasure, relax, life-valued, life satisfaction, enjoyment, and self-control, and healthy lifestyles comprise three distinct dimensions named eating habits, medical care, and stress-coping. In addition, two types (i.e., to health-enthusiastic tourists and health-optimistic tourists) of healthy lifestyle tourist are identified. Furthermore, the results show that tourist's psychological well-being varies across the types of healthy lifestyle tourists. The findings suggest that healthy lifestyles can be used to be an efficient segmentation tool and show that tourist's psychological well-being indeed exists when tourists visit a hot springs destination. Practically, the multi-dimensional nature of psychological well-being construct directing to the various tourists with healthy lifestyles will be a more effective marketing strategy.
