本研究探討民眾參與、地方依附對觀光發展態度三者間關係,從三者關係對話與實證協助居民與國家公園相互瞭解與尋求解決之道。首先透過文獻探討三者關係並進行檢定以獲得三者實質關係。樣區選取以居民特性類似,但觀光發展形態不同社區為對象(閣口、文蘭與三棧)。實證結果發現地方依附與民眾參與間互具正相關。閣口社區地方依附與民眾參與兩者對觀光發展態度主要是藉由地方依附產生影響;文蘭與三棧其影響力則是透過民眾參與影響觀光發展態度。意味者社區推展觀光必須凝聚地方依附感,建立民眾參與,才能達到永續發展目標。

英文摘要

This research was discussed the relationships among resident participation, place attachment toward attitude development of tourism on the three different communities of tourism development categories. Literatures reviewing demonstrated some relationships among those constructions. Three different development categories of communities, Ge-Kuo, Wen-Lan and San-Chan, were selected to be examined and analyzed by Structural Equation Models (SEM). The overall pattern of related indicators in the framework of the reference value was the overall good of the overall moderate construct validity. The results, Ge-Kuo, showed that resident participation and place attachment was related mutually. Resident participation and place attachment both had the influence to attitude development of tourism because of place attachment; On the contrary, the other two communities, Wen-Lan and San-Chan, were affected attitude development of tourism because of resident participation. The results of this study mean that tourism development must cohere to place attachment, boost resident participation, in order to achieve sustainable community tourism development goals.
