本實驗設計以聚丙烯為鞘材,碳纖維為芯材,利用八錠式編帶機編製碳纖維/聚丙烯複合包覆紗,再經編織而成具梭織結構之大開口格子型的格網而並具有輕量化之特色。本實驗中設計改良格網編織框架構造,控制包覆紗織造時之張力大小,並在論文中探討碳纖維/聚丙烯複合包覆紗及其織造之格網單肋條及結點最大斷裂強力。

英文摘要

In the study, a polypropylene monofilament was used as the sheath and carbon fibers were used as the core. Carbon/PP ply yarn were braided using a braiding machine, and then light weight grids with weave structure were made from the ply yarn. We improved the framework of the weaving machine for making the grids, and controlled the tension of the ply yam in the weaving process. The strength of the single rib and junction of the grids were discussed.
