外籍生在就學過程中,常因語言隔閡而造成學習、生活上的困擾,因此,爲提升外籍生的學習效率,遂有華語文課業輔導的實行。本校外籍生中以蒙古生為最多,其入學前,並不具備華語文基礎,屬零起點的學習者。其參加華語文課業輔導的主要目的是克服語言問題,以便快速適應課業和生活,目標性質為短期任務性。 品質機能展開(Qualify Function Deployment;簡稱QFD)是積極尋找消費者的需求,設計產品滿足顧客的一種技術,其特性為傾聽顧客的聲音,納入顧客的意見。層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,簡稱AHP)是在具有多重準則而不確定的情形下,進行決策的一種分析法。其特性為將複雜的問題系統化,建立層級結構,分析層級關係,以做為決策的依據。 本研究首創將其兩者結合應用在外籍生華語教學的課業輔導上,根據教師的教學經驗、學生的焦點訪談,透過品質屋的建構,發展一套教學策略,以提升教學品質,增進學生的語言學習效果。 |

When foreign students study in Taiwan, the language barrier always causes a great difficulty of studying and daily life. Our university offers Mandarin program for them to promote their efficiency of studying. Most of the foreign students in our university are Mongolian. They have never learned Mandarin before they came to Taiwan, and all of them are beginner. The main purpose to attend this Mandarin program is to overcome the language barrier, so that they can quickly adjust themselves to student life in Taiwan. The purpose of attending the program is a short-term and task oriented. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a technology that aims to satisfy customers' demands by product design. One of its characteristics is what the voice of customers will be design into the product. An Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) offers a methodology for ranking alternative courses of action based on the decision maker's judgments concerning the importance of the criteria. Its approach is expressed in terms of pairwise comparisons of items on a given level of the hierarchy with respect to their impact on the next higher level. Pairwise comparisons express the relative importance of one item versus another in meeting a goal or a criterion. In this research, a teaching strategy was constructed based on teachers' practical experiences and foreign students' requirements of Mandarin course via QFD and AHP for teaching assistance. It must be helpful to achieve students' requirements and enhance the teaching quality. |
