本研究以三元系鈉鋁磷酸鹽(Na2O-Al2O3-P2O5)玻璃為基礎,固定磷酸和氧化鋁比例,添加Ag2O取代Na2O進行玻璃熔製。探討添加Ag2O取代Na2O對鈉鋁磷酸鹽系列玻璃之結構、物理性質、光學性質之影響,以作為輻射玻璃劑量計的研發與應用之根據。實驗結果顯示氧化銀與氧化鈉在玻璃中同樣是修飾劑,當Ag2O取代量增加會造成玻璃的莫耳體積降低、密度增加、玻璃轉換溫度(Tg)、玻璃軟化溫度(Td)的下降、熱膨脹係數上升、耐水性降低。在光學性質方面,當Ag2O取代量增加,UV光譜吸收峰位置往高波長偏移。玻璃受輻射激發後會產生發光中心(Ag^0,Ag(上標 2+)),當發光中心受紫外光激發時,發出的光之波長隨Ag2O添加量增加而降低,顏色由橙轉藍光,亮度降低。 |

This research is based on the sodium-aluminum-phosphate (Na2O-Al2O3-P2O5) glass, that fixed P2O5, Al2O3 content and made the composition of Ag2O replace Na2O. The physical, thermal, optical properties and structure of Ag(superscript +)-doped Na2O-Al2O3-P2O5 glasses were investigated. The foundation and application are under consideration of Radiophotoluminescence glass dosimeter.The experimental results indicated that both Ag2O and sodium are modifier in glasses. The glass transition temperature (Tg), glass softening temperature (Td), molar volume and chemical durability decrease with increasing the concentration of Ag2O, whereas the thermal expansion coefficient (α) and the density increase.In optical properties, the absorption spectra results indicated that the absorption peak shifts to the higher wavelength as the concentration of Ag2O increases. The light center (Ag^0, Ag(superscript 2+)) of the glass was obtained under radiative excitation. The visible wavelength of light center in the glass decreases as the concentration of Ag2O increases. In addition, the color of glass changes from orange to blue and the brightness decreases. |
